Jack Out of the Box Designs specializes in the graphic design and web design needs of small business owners, organizations and other busy folks.

We respect your budget by charging you by the project, and not by the hour. Your job, no matter the size, is important to us. We have ties to writers, editors, photographers, illustrators and printers and can handle your job from start to finish. Our strict attention to detail and personal service eases the worries of our clients. We offer complete project management and out-of-the-box designs.

Founder and president Erin Hyland was inspired to launch her company in 2005 after giving birth to her son Jack, who spurred her to think outside the parameters of traditional worklife and come up with a better solution. Jack and his little sister, Anna, continue to challenge and inspire their mother each and every day.

Before starting the company, Hyland worked for six years as an award-winning page designer and art director at several newspapers, including The Washington Times in Washington, D.C. »See some of her clips. She also worked at a small-graphic design firm for two years.
